Mr. Murray graduated from Barnard High School in 1944. He later married his wife Arlene and started a family. Mr. Murray farmed for many years and worked with his sons Brett and Mark farming the land. His grandfather, William M. Murray, settled in the Barnard area in 1886.
Funeral arrangements are being handled by McDonald-Roberts of Beloit. The service is at 9 a.m. on Friday at McDonald-Roberts with a dinner to follow at the Barnard Community Building.
